When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area (“EEA”), United Kingdom, or Switzerland to the U.S. or other countries lacking an adequacy decision, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914/EU) and comparable UK IDTA terms.

  1. Security
We apply industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, least-privilege access, routine penetration testing, and encrypted off-site backups. No system is 100 % secure; please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
