  • Estimated Ship Dates (ETAs)
    ETAs shown for pre-order items are best-effort estimates only and may change without notice. If you have a firm deadline—whether for business production or gifting—please order items that show “In Stock.”
  • Tax-Exempt Customers
    Email support@dtfdistributors.com.com before placing your order so we can set up your account correctly.
  • Tracking & Delivery Alerts
    A tracking email is sent automatically once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s system to display movement.
  • Carrier Delays
    dtfdistributors.com cannot issue refunds while a package is still in transit. Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the return arrives and passes inspection.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-Day / Next-Day)
    – Orders placed after 11 a.m. ET may ship the next business day.
    – Once the carrier scans the package, shipping fees are non-refundable—even if the carrier misses the delivery target.
  • Manufacturer Delays
    dtfdistributors.com is not liable for any business losses (e.g., lost revenue or profit) resulting from a manufacturer’s production or shipping delay.

  1. Stock Status
  • In-Stock Items ship within one business day.
  • Pre-Order Items charge your card at checkout and ship once all items on the order are available.
  • Digital Content (e.g., software license codes) is delivered electronically and is non-refundable.

  1. Returns & Refunds
  • Return Window – 30 days from delivery.
  • Condition – Must be unopened/unused and in factory-new condition (all original packaging, cords still wrapped, manuals, inserts).
  • RMA Required – Contact support for a Return Merchandise Authorization before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns are refused.
  • Exclusions & Special Orders – Any equipment (and other custom-ordered machinery) cannot be returned. Defective units are eligible only for manufacturer-managed repair or replacement per their warranty.
  • Restocking Fee – Accepted returns that show any signs of use or are missing parts may incur a 25 % or higher restocking charge.
  • Return Shipping – You pay return freight unless dtfdistributors.com has made an error. Use a trackable service; we do not accept COD deliveries.
  • Refund Timing – Issued to the original payment method after the warehouse confirms the item meets return criteria.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
  1. Inspect Before Discarding Packaging. Keep the outer carton and all packing materials until your claim is resolved.
  2. Document the Damage. Email support@dtfdistributors.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with:
    • Photos of the outer box (all sides)
    • Photos of internal packaging and the damaged item
    • Close-up of the shipping label and the product serial number
  3. Follow Carrier Instructions. The carrier may require an on-site inspection or pickup of the damaged goods. Disposing of packaging prematurely can void the claim.

  1. Warranty Support

Product warranties are issued and administered by the original manufacturer. dtfdistributors.com provides basic troubleshooting and will help coordinate warranty claims when required documentation is supplied. Refusal to complete troubleshooting steps does not, in itself, qualify an item for return or replacement.


  1. Additional Policies
  • Undeliverable Packages – Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or refused address may incur a 10 % restocking fee plus original shipping costs.
  • Digital Goods – All software, templates, or license keys are final sale.
  • Custom & Wholesale Orders – Non-cancelable and non-returnable once placed.
