This product is a refill solution intended for use with the MagicSeal™ Spray Kit.

How MagicSeal™ Works

Step 1: Print & Transfer
Complete your normal printing and transfer process.

Step 2: Apply MagicSeal™
Spray evenly over the printed image from approximately 10 inches away.

• Letter‑size designs: 2–3 sprays
• Smaller designs: 1–2 sprays

Step 3: Final Heat Seal
Heat press again for 15 seconds using a Teflon protective sheet to activate the MagicSeal coating and permanently seal the design.

Work in a well‑ventilated area and use appropriate protective equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV, etc.), as fumes and processes may be hazardous.

We strongly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder, along with proper ventilation and air filtration in your workspace.

All specialty inks, films, powders, equipment, and chemicals are used at the sole risk of the user. Specialty ink systems require controlled environmental conditions of 55%–75% humidity and 75°F–80°F to minimize ink clogs and film buckling.
