How MagicSeal™ Spray Works

Step 1: Print & Transfer
Complete your standard printing and heat transfer or press process.

Step 2: Apply MagicSeal™
Spray evenly over the finished decoration from approximately 10 inches away.

• Letter‑sized designs: 2–3 sprays
• Smaller designs: 1–2 sprays

Step 3: Final Heat Seal
Heat press again for 15 seconds using the included Teflon protective sheet to activate the MagicSeal™ coating and seal the design into the fabric fibers.

⚠️ WARNING

Work in a well‑ventilated area and use appropriate protective equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing processes and materials (including DTF, plastisol, screen printing, UV, etc.), as fumes and processes may be hazardous.

We strongly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder, along with proper ventilation and filtration.

All specialty inks, films, powders, chemicals, and equipment are used at the sole risk of the user. Specialty ink systems require controlled environmental conditions of 55%–75% humidity and 75°F–80°F to minimize ink clogs and film buckling.
