What is MagicFoil™?

MagicFoil™ is the finishing layer in the MagicLine™ system (MagicInk™ • MagicPowder™ • MagicFoil™). After printing a transparent, clog-free image with MagicInk™ and building your adhesive layer with MagicPowder™, MagicFoil™ delivers the final color, metallic effect, or specialty finish—without running colored or white pigment inks through your printer.

How MagicFoil™ Works

1. Print your artwork using MagicInk™ (transparent base).
2. Powder with MagicPowder™ and cure until adhesive layer sets.
3. Clean (optional): Mist with MagicDust-Off™ to remove stray powder.
4. Press the cured transfer to the garment.
5. Foil: Place MagicFoil™ face-up over the transferred area and press again.
6. Peel according to foil grade (hot / warm / cold) for the final effect.
