Print. Peel. Press. — Flawless transfers in seconds.
Unlock production‑speed direct‑to‑film printing with Orca DTF double‑matte film. A proprietary five‑layer ink‑receptive coating on the printable face delivers razor‑sharp detail and rich, uniform white lay‑down, while the matte backing adds feed‑path grip that virtually eliminates roll slippage in Epson i3200‑based and similar printers. Hot‑peel chemistry lets you remove the carrier a mere five seconds after pressing, leaving a soft, matte hand that blends seamlessly into cotton, polyester, nylon, denim, leather and hard‑surface blanks.
Why Shops Choose Orca

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Orca film compatible with powderless (DTF+) systems?
Yes. Because the base PET is 75 µm rather than 100 µm, it feeds smoothly in powderless “film‑only” printers while still accepting traditional adhesive‑powder workflows.
Can I cold‑peel if I prefer?
You can; however, waiting for a cold peel adds time and does not improve wash fastness. Hot peel in 5–10 sec is recommended.
What RIP settings work best?
Start with 8‑pass, 720 × 1200 dpi, 100% white under‑base, 120% CMYK. Adjust ink limits so the white layer is matte‑dry before the CMYK overprint.
